How much biodiversity actually occurs on campus? Which native species do we walk past every day without really noticing?

Help us explore and record biodiversity across campus! 🐦🕊️🌻🌷

Join us in taking photos of all of the wonderful living things on campus and upload them to our iNaturalist project (https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/projects/unsw-kensington-campus-biodiversity) during the 24hr BioBlitz challenge. Whether you’re into birding or love looking for the smallest critters, every observation counts! 🔎

Come and find our BioBlitz naturalists in front of the Bioscience Building on the day (between 12:30-3pm) for free snacks, identification help and to learn more about the organisms you can find on campus.  For more information please contact natalie.allen@unsw.edu.au

This event is organised by the UNSW Centre for Ecosystem Science, in the School of Biological, Earth and Environmental Sciences.
Anyone is welcome to participate, and no signups are necessary. Just show up on the day!
