2027 World Rogaining Championships – Beanie Grant

Why post this so early you may ask… Well, to be eligible for the Beanie Grant support will require experience with longer or multiple rogaines and that takes time to achieve, so we are posting this now to give everyone the advanced warning so you can compete in rogaines this year and next before the World Rogaining Championship.

Entries Open 1 Oct 2026

Entry Fees: To be announced – Beanie Grant will be available to support entry of UNSWOC Teams*

(Expect costs to be several hundred dollars at a minimum for travel, accom, entry. This will only be partially funded by the club)

* Requirements for Beanie Grant :

Competed in at least one 24h rogaine or 3x 6/8h rogaines demonstrating proficiency in navigation and execution.

Please put in the comments your CURRENT rogaining experience and what rogaines you would like to do between now and the WRC. I will update peoples comments as necessary.
