Hi,
We will be running a training weekend to upskill and signoff our canyon leaders from level 1 to level 2.
If you are currently a level 1 leader, and believe you are ready to progress to running trips yourself please come along!
This weekend is meant for those who currently have the level 2 trip leader skills, or are only missing some skills. If you have any questions about your suitability as a level 2 leader you can flick me a message.
The current plan is to do a cliff day on Saturday, and a dry canyon on Sunday. This is weather dependant and flexible. We will most likely camp at Cathedral Reserve at Mt Wilson
Required Gear:
– Your canyoning gear including gear for rescue (you should know what you need…)
– Camping gear (again, you should know…)
Please let us know if you have a car and where you are leaving from, this will help with carpooling, and let us know what skills from the L2 syllabus you are missing/want to touch up on.
