To attend any trip, you must have an active UNSW Outdoors Club membership and sign up for the trip on this website. UNSWOC trips are usually have no attendance fee and take place on either Saturday or Sunday of the weekend indicated in the schedule. Typically the trip will be posted to the Calendar (below the schedule) in the week of the trip, at which point you can sign up for the trip. Technical gear for club trips (such as harnesses, helmets, wetsuit, etc.) can be borrowed from the UNSWOC Gear Cupboard with only a deposit. When attending a trip, please plan to chip in for petrol for your lovely driver 😊.
Overnight trips require you to have completed your Gendered Violence Training and uploaded it to our website. You won't even be able to sign up to any overnight trips if you haven't completed it - so we recommend doing it ASAP if you ever plan on joining one. This includes Boree Log, and Overnight Hikes!
Schedule
Below is the schedule of planned trips this term. Keep in mind that all trips are weather dependant, the schedule is like life, things change. There are also likely to be impromptu trips posted, so keep your eyes peeled!
You can find trip sign links once they're posted in the Calendar below!
