Wee Jasper caving

Soooo it’s caving season again! And to celebrate, I’m leading a one-time trip to go check out Wee Jasper caves.

There’s two big, cool, vertical caves (Dip Series and Punchbowl) as well as a couple smaller horizontal ones (Signature, Gong, Dogleg) so we’ll be looking to hit up a big one Saturday 10 then Sunday 11 May with potentially some smaller ones in between.

PACKING LIST:

*Tent (ask to share with others)
*Sleeping bag
*Sleeping mat

*Harness
*Safety sling & biner
*Descender (figure-8 preferred) & biner
*Helmet
Headtorch
Back-up light

Shoes to get dirty
Clothes to wear under cave suits (I usually go for just a t-shirt and leggings)
A small backpack to be taken through the caves

Water
Food – 2x lunch to put in a pocket and take into cave, 1x dinner, 1x breakfast, snacks

CA$H for camping fees, petrol money for your driver, etc.
