Hike: Magdala Creek (Boree Log Sunday)

Walk off your Rubik’s cube hangover with Izzy and I on a scenic walk through the lower blue mountains called Magdala Creek. On Sunday morning we will drive to Springwood to begin this hike. It is an 11km hike that should take around 5hrs return. The majority of the hike passes under the tree canopy, with lots of swimming holes and waterfalls to stop at. It also stops at Martin’s lookout, which has a beautiful view of the lower mountains. The hike returns back to our cars and from there we will continue back to Sydney.

What you need to bring:

• Shoes (hiking shoes are good but runners are fine)
• Small backpack with water, lunch, sunscreen
• Hat, sunglasses
• Swimmers!!!!! (there will be lots of swimming opportunities on this hike) and a towel
