Blue Mountains Sport Trip – Intermediate

To kick of the mid-semester break Nick and myself will be heading to the blueys for a couple days of climbing. The plan is to camp overnight at Mount Wilson and climb both Monday and Tuesday.  We will be heading to the camp ground on Monday afternoon and will camp until Tuesday morning. If you come camping you will need all your own camping gear and it will be a good idea to bring warm clothes as its still cold at night and in the morning.

Unfortunately the trip is only open to reasonably competent lead climbers, and you will need to bring your own climbing kit. I will throw a few extra ropes in, but everything like draws, harness etc you will need to bring.

So far we have decided to hit Shipley Upper on Monday morning and Tuesday’s location will be decided closer to the date.
