🏔️ Snowy Mountains Snowshoe Shuffle

Snowshoe and overnight snow camping trip in the Snowy Mountains 🏔️.

We will hike from Guthega Power Station along Schlink Road (or the Pipeline track) to Schlink Hilton Hut where we will camp. Sunday will return back to Guthega Power Station via the same route. The route can be viewed on Gaia.

Note that we will be camping in tents ⛺️ next to the hut 🛖. The hut for dining and enjoying a nice warm fire + schnapps only.

The trip is beginner friendly but the prerequisites for applying include:

• Ability to travel on Friday afternoon (it’s a 6 hour drive!)
• Overnight hiking experience
• Comfortable hiking approx. 15km per day
• Either have or are able to source the gear detailed on the gear list  (group gear excluded)
• You can bring snacks to share 😋

Note the club has limited amounts of snowshoes and 4 season tents. You may be required to either bring your own or hire gear.
