Hey All
Julie and I (Henry) will be running a Trad trip to Mt Piddington this Saturday.
This trip is suitable for intermediate climbers. You will have the opportunity to learn to and practice placing gear, second lead climbers/mock lead and start leading if you’re comfortable. Priority will be given to those who have expressed previous interest and engaged in self-learning for trad.
Shoot us a message if you’re interested outlining your level of experience and if you can drive.
What you will need:
- Rock climbing shoes**
- Helmet**
- Harness**
- Belay device and locking biner**
- Prusik**
- Food and water for the day. At least 1.5L of water
- Walking shoes
- Backpack for all the above
** These can be borrowed from the club if you don’t have your own.
