Are you looking to get more involved with the club?
Are you looking to see UNSWOC run more or different trips?
Or are you looking to upskill yourself in the world of outdoor adventures?
If so, then you should come along next Wednesday the 8th of March to our Trip Leader in Training induction night !
The plan is to meet at the UNSW Law building at 5.30pm and we’ll run you through the details of trip leading. We’ll be covering trip skills, safety, website and insurance details, we’ll also give personal tips and general vibes from our own experiences trip-leading.
Please fill out this form before coming, so we can have a general impression of who to expect: https://forms.gle/7HHoKTo9GoV1if5LA
If you’re unsure whether you have enough experience or knowledge to start leading trips, I’d encourage you to come along and we can figure out how to train you up to a safe and competent unswoc level.
Also, if you’re interested in becoming a trip leader, but can’t make it next Wednesday, please fill in the above google forms and message me (Mali Woods) and we’ll figure something out.
Hope to see a bunch of you there 🙂 (Pizza more than likely will be provided!)
