I’ll be running Fortress canyon with Eamonn on Sunday. Its a great canyon with great views and give you a little taste of everything canyoning has to offer. Its near Leura, on the way home and takes 6-8hrs so its just short of a full day. Its pretty mad. This is a photo of me in a different canyon but it looks like this in parts. There’s an abseil so you can’t be petrified of heights and you must be able to swim. We need my car plus 2 so drivers get priority.
