The best way to nurse your hangover is in ANOTHER canyon!! Join Alex & I (Phoebe) in Whungee Wheengee for one of the best canyons the Blue Mountains has to offer (think: glowworms, pretty slots & the best photo shots). If we’re speedy team we may optionally do Waterfall of Moss canyon after.
This is a longer canyon (8+ hrs) so we’ll be trying to make good time since we’ll head straight back to Sydney afterwards. Given this, some experience with ropes and heights is preferable. This is a wet canyon so swimming experience is a must have – depending on water levels there may be some duck unders. The canyon will be slippery so experience scrambling is required. You’ll also need a good level of physical fitness for the walk in and out. So that we know you’ve read the whole post please answer in your comment: What fruit is the best and why?
We will be leaving from the campsite at 8:30am, make sure you know how you’re getting back to Sydney! We may be able to organise some carpooling so if you’ll have a car please let us know how many spots you have.
