[FULL] SUNDAY BL – Bardens Beginner Sport Climbing

Raine and I (Maddi) will lead be leading a hectic climbing trip on Sunday. Trip is very beginner friendly – we’re headed to Bardens (Historic Wells and Little Triggers) for some chill sport climbing.
We’ll meet at the Boree Log campground Sunday morning and head down together to Mt York. (Previously we were going to Medlow Bath)

Tell me your experience (and whether you have a car + spots) in the comments, as well as your favourite type of rock.

You will need:

*Helmet
*Harness
*Belay device + Locking Carabiner
*Climbing Shoes
Food + water (at least 2L!!)
Backpack to carry the above
warm clothing (potentially – check the weather!)
petrol money for your driver
good vibes
*These items can be borrowed the morning of Boree Log, but it may run out so BYO if you have it to avoid disappointment.

You must be approved to the main Boree Log event to attend these trips. If you get rejected then you can sign up for another trip, this just makes it easier for volunteer trip leaders. Please be aware that as the weather is unpredictable, trip leaders may need to alter trips accordingly.
