Sunday BL – *TRIP FULL* Empress Canyon

Howdy,

Back agian for another day of canyoning!! Alie and I invite you to come down Empress canyon with us. A good one if you are fairly new to canyoning or just want an easy trip on the way home if you go a bit hard Saturday night! Still plenty of excitement is to be had with a few jumps and slides and one big abseil at the end. We will depart from camp after a bit of packing up on sunday morning. Make sure to click Attending on the actual Boree log in order to be accepted on this trip.

You will be expected provide the following equipment yourselves:

• Thermals
• Backpack
• Lunch
• Snacks (preferably sugary ones)
• Dry bag
• Enclosed shoes (volleys are best)
• Hat/sunscreen
• Wool socks
• Headtorch
• Dry clothes
• **MUST HAVE** Safety/Space Blanket (will be available for $5 cash on the day)

We can provide the following equipment if you don’t have your own:

• Wetsuit
• Helmet
• Harness
• Descender
• Locking biner x2
• Safety sling

Additional Notes:
– If you wear/bring cotton socks you will be left at the car.
– If you have your own, waterproof camera or first aid kit feel free to bring it!
