Greetings fellow adventurers!
Alie and I invite you to embark on a big day out down Firefly canyon. A good one if you have some previous canyoning experience and like a bit of an adventure! Those selected to attend will be rewarded with newfound skills and knowledge. We will depart from camp early Saturday morning, but you must be attending Boree log in order to be accepted on this trip. It will be a long day of more than 12km and a moderate fitness level is expected.

You will be expected provide the following equipment yourselves:
- Thermals
- Backpack
- Lunch
- Snacks (preferably sugary ones)
- Dry bag
- Enclosed shoes (volleys are best)
- Hat/sunscreen
- Wool socks
- Headtorch
- Dry clothes
- **MUST HAVE** Safety/Space Blanket (will be available for $5 cash on the day)
We can provide the following equipment if you don’t have your own:
- Wetsuit
- Helmet
- Harness
- Descender
- Locking biner x2
- Safety sling
Additional Notes:
– If you wear/bring cotton socks you will be left at the campsite
– If you have your own, waterproof camera or first aid kit feel free to bring it!
