Nightmare Canyon – Boree Log – Saturday

Tom Davies and I are doing nightmare canyon on Saturday for Boree Log.

It’s a fairly difficult canyon, so please only sign up if you are very comfortable with abseiling.

Fairly dry canyon, will not require wetsuits, however does have some wading up to hip height.

You will require the following;

• Helmet
• Harness
• Abseiling device
• thermals (no cotton should be used for warmth)
• old shorts
• Small backpack for food and whatnot.
• Other warm stuff like a jumper, beanie perhaps.
• Suitable shoes – Can get wet and dirty, preferably grippy
• Socks should be either synthetic, wool, or neoprene. Cotton is cold

Will be a pretty long and hard day.
