DESCRIPTION:Tom Davies and I are doing nightmare canyon on Saturday for Bor
 ee Log.\n\nIt's a fairly difficult canyon\, so please only sign up if you 
 are very comfortable with abseiling.\n\nFairly dry canyon\, will not requi
 re wetsuits\, however does have some wading up to hip height.\n\nYou will 
 require the following\;\n\n	Helmet\n	Harness\n	Abseiling device\n	thermals
  (no cotton should be used for warmth)\n	old shorts\n	Small backpack for f
 ood and whatnot.\n	Other warm stuff like a jumper\, beanie perhaps.\n	Suit
 able shoes - Can get wet and dirty\, preferably grippy\n	Socks should be e
 ither synthetic\, wool\, or neoprene. Cotton is cold\n\nWill be a pretty l
 ong and hard day.
