Flatwater Kayaking – The Hacking River

Hey there! So finally we have a flat water trip, you don’t need to know how to roll in order to come. The plan is to start at the boat ramp at Gray’s point and venture up the Hacking river to Audley where we can stop for coffee/late lunch before heading back down river and hopefully exploring the South West Arm Creek.

You will need to collect a life jacket from the gear cupboard on Wednesday night.

You will also need to bring:

• swimmers
• dry clothes to change into after
• water bottle
• food

Kayaks and paddles will be provided, yet if you have your own please let me know! Spots are limited to how many boats we have and how many people can transport boats and paddles.

Car pool if possible, if not lifts can be arranged from Gymea station.
