Love feeling the wind in your hair, and the sand in your shoes?
Come for an easy introductory trail run this Saturday morning with me down at cape banks!
It’s about the closest “trails” you are going to get to the city (one of my favourite local routes) so it’s only going to take up the morning. If you’ve always wanted to try some trail running this is a great place to start. Or if you already love running come along to run with some people who share your passion and enjoy the beautiful Botany Bay national park.
Meet at 9:30am at the gear cupboard on campus and we will catch the bus together from there (or drive if enough people with cars sign up).
Things to bring:
Running clothes and running shoes.
A water bottle (You won’t need to run with it, just leave it at the end of the trail. I will bring water and cups in my running pack if you get thirsty).
A muesli bar or something small for a snack.
An Opal card!
Optional: Swimmers if you want to take a dip at the beach when you finish 🙂

For those meeting us there, we will get off at the terminus bus stop at La Perouse (the one that is most south). Message me to tell me if you are meeting us down at La Perouse rather than the gear cupboard.
