For people who are new to rock climbing or never climbed outdoors before this is the perfect trip for you. Myself, Xu Dong, Henry B, Elliot V and Nails will be running a chilled day of climbing, deep water soloing (climbing without ropes above deep water) and maybe water lining (slack lining over water). We’ll set up ropes just past the dam, teach you how to tie into a rope and answer any questions you may have about outdoor rock climbing. People who know how to rig a water line are greatly welcome! The grade range of the area is about 14 – 25 with most routes being in the low to high teens.

As with all Boree Log trips, people with cars will be preferenced for sign-ups. When you are signing up there shoouuuulldd be an option to indicate your ownership of an available and functional motor vehicle. Please tick the box if you are one of these people 🙂

What YOU need to bring:

  1. Lunch and water for the day
  2. Sunscreen
  3. Swimmers and towel
