Basic Anchors

Hi everyone!

Sorry to be late to announce, this Wednesday’s training course is “Basic Anchors” run by Rene and myself (Brendan). Come learn the principles of SRENE anchor building and how to set up anchors from 2 bolts and/or carrots.

This can be applied for top rope anchors and sport multi-pitching. It is also the first step in learning how to build trad anchors.

7pm in one of the classrooms on lvl 1 of the law building. Rene will be there by 7:30 I will comment which specific room on the facebook thread on the evening.
NB: This (and all) courses don’t qualify you to build safe anchors/multipitch/trad climb, still get taught and supervised by someone of appropriate experience.
