Beginners Canyon Saturday – Empress

Ben and Nikki are leading a canyon on Saturday (http://ozultimate.com/canyoning/track_notes/empress.htm)

If we have time, there is also the possibility of completing grand canyon on the same day (http://ozultimate.com/canyoning/track_notes/grand.htm).

Leaving from uni at 6:30-7am

It is a beginners canyon, however abseiling experience is highly recommended

What to bring:

1. Wetsuit
2. Helmet
3. Harness, safety sling, ATC, prussik cord, 2X locking carabiners
4. Dry bag (with a dry spare set of thermals in them) in a backpack
5. Lunch, water
6. (preferably) a head torch
