 commended\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	Wetsuit\n 	Helmet\n 	Harness\, safety sli
 ng\, ATC\, prussik cord\, 2X locking carabiners\n 	Dry bag (with a dry spa
 re set of thermals in them) in a backpack\n 	Lunch\, water\n 	(preferably)
  a head torch\n\nPlease message myself\, Ben Wilkinson and Nikki Sentinell
 a the following:\n\n 	your previous experience\n 	whether you have all the
  gear\n 	whether you have a car\n\nSorry for the late post\, I couldn't le
