Free beer and pizza post Boree gear clean up night

Hey everybody!

I hope you all enjoyed Boree log immensely! Unfortunately it left the gear shed in a big mess which needs to be cleaned up so that you can hire gear again.

The plan:

1. Arrive at 7:30pm, tuesday, at the gear shed (sam cracknell pavillion)
2. People with cars drive to the tram shed (king street, 10min drive) and pick up the gear from the trailer there.
3. some people stay there to pack away gear at the tram shed
4. When the gear arrives at the gear shed, the remaining people repack everything nicely into the shed there.
5. GORGE ON PIZZA AND BEER! (people who show only up for this wont get any 😛 )
6. go home happy and full
7. Be able to hire gear for your easter holidays!

What we need:

1. lots of happy helpers!
2. DRIVERS! We will need a few people who can shuffle people and gear between the gear and the tram shed. Please let me know if you have a car!

Help is really greatly appreciated! Without helpers like you the club wouldn’t be able to run. We count on you. 🙂

If everybody helps, this shouldnt take too long and is actually quite fun as you get some quality time with your fellow outdoor peeps (and pizza and beer, really, what else could you possibly want?).
