Climbing – Mt York

All of a sudden I’m not working Saturday, so why not go climbing! Beginners welcome as long as someone is able to pick up some climbing gear tonight (Wednesday night) and bring it up on Saturday. If you’d like to come and ideally have a car then please pick up from the gear cupboard tonight between 5-6pm 10 harnesses, 10 helmets, 4 dynamic ropes and whatever climbing shoes you can grab. I would myself, but I’m in Orange 🙂

I’d also like another experienced climber to come along and help out – any volunteers?

Venue is Mt York, which you need a car to get to, but we should be able to organise picking people up from Mt Victoria train station. If you’re a beginner already signed up for Brendan’s trip next weekend then please don’t sign up this trip straight away – give those who missed out signing up for next weekend a chance to sign up first.

You’ll need to bring on the day lunch, snacks, water, warm clothes and waterproof clothes.
