So I’ve been getting into trail running, and a lot of people have been asking about at the gym and at the o-week stall. I’ve decided it would be a good idea to organise a weekly training run for people who are interested.

At the moment, I have two training areas that I like to go to, Centennial Park and the Malabar Headland (south of Maroubra) behind the rifle range. I am more than open to suggestions for other areas so let me know.

I am open to changing this, but the proposition is to head out Wednesday mornings at about 7am to go for a run so people can finish and get to uni by 9.

For the first week we will take it easy, maybe start at about 4km to see where everyone is at and who is interested, then we can start a training routine from there.

Future goals in mind for me are marathons and ultra-marathons (42km or more), but any level of evolvement is welcome :). Hopefully we can get out as a group and explore some of the trails around the mountains in the future.
