Booking Thursday @THE LEDGE

Hey all! It’s 2022 and that means the LEDGE is back. Thursday nights the Outdoor’s Club heads to the Ledge Climbing Centre at USYD for discounted $5 entry for club members. It is the place to be to meet new friends, get a feel for the club, and get excited about all the trips to come this term.

COVID Rules and Things

• You must book a spot on this event in order to attend (If you aren’t yet a member but you’re keen to come along and see what the club’s about then send our events officer Zara Smith a message on Facebook, or email on events@unswoc.org to see if we have a spot for you to come along and check it all out. Otherwise, we’ll be back to running welcome BBQs and events for non-members soon too)
• Full vaccination required – in line with the requirement USYD has on their sporting facilities complex
• Proof of vaccination required, either via Service NSW app, Medicare app, Google/Apple Wallet, or a printed copy of your digital certificate
• Masks must be worn when not climbing
• QR Code check ins
• Social Distancing

We’re all super keen to see you all back at the Ledge. Remember, if you’re feeling unwell the Ledge isn’t going anywhere. Stay home, get tested and we’ll see you soon enough.

Usual Ledge Info

Thursday is a club night. We go social climbing at The Ledge Climbing Centre at Sydney University for $5 (instead of $12 for non-members). Everyone is welcome. To fit COVID regulations, there is a maximum number of club members allowed at the gym at one time so bookings are required.

The Ledge is the best place to sign-up to the club, learn, and plan trips for the weekend! Beginner to advanced friendly!
