I will be running a navigation workshop in preparation for the Rogaine at the weekend (and the upcoming canyoning season!).
The plan is to meet at the Randwick gates of Centennial Park at 6.30pm and then we’ll try to cover the following topics:
-Pacings
-Timings
-Bearings
-Aiming off
-Catching points
-Handrailing
-Route planning
-Relating map to ground
