Medlow Bath Beginner/Intermediate Climbing 🤙

Climbing trip this Saturday to the Blue Mountains!! We’ll be going to the sunbath in medlow bath: https://www.thecrag.com/en/climbing/australia/blue-mountains/medlow-bath/area/13143367
The weather atm looks patchy so there’s a chance it will be cancelled but will let you know with plenty of notice

• The plan: leaving Sydney early on Saturday and back in the evening. Spend a great day climbing up some cool rocks. Please comment how you plan to get to the crag. Due to COVID19 we do not recommend car pooling/catching public transport.
• The gear: you’ll need a HELMET, HARNESS, and climbing SHOES. They can be borrowed from the gear cupboard at UNSW (for free, but bring a small $ deposit), please check the Facebook page to find out when the gear cupboard opens. If you have your own gear, bring it of course!
• The rest: bring warm clothes, enclosed comfortable shoes for the hike in, water (2L) and food for the day, any personal meds, sunscreen, a phone full of battery, and a headtorch (we sometimes finish in the dark so the walkout may be in the dark).

DISCLAIMER: If you are sick, have been in contact with a COVID case, or have been to Vitoria or overseas in the past 2 weeks, you CANNOT attend this trip, unfortunately. Hand sanitizer will be provided, let’s keep safe <3 Furthermore, please avoid any interactions with other people outside the Sydney area where possible (e.g. food shopping, refill fuel in Sydney).
