Sunday BL – Gobsmacker Canyon [Beginner]

You need to be approved for the main Boree Log event to attend these trips. Please sign up for only ONE trip per day. If you get rejected you can then sign up for another trip, this just makes it easier for volunteer trip leaders. Please be aware that as the weather is unpredictable, trip leaders may need to alter trips accordingly

Well why dont you join Noah and I (Lachan) as we run through Gobsmacker the best canyon Mt Wilson has to offer!!

Now the inportant stuff… so listen up 🙂

All the fancy tecnical gear you will need, we will be bring up to boree, so u dont need to worry about that. However! you will need some stuff. soooo without further to do..

You will need

• Backpack that can fit ALL your gear and that can get wet (30L+)
• Emergency blanket – (can buy from Gear Cupboard for $5 or from chemists, shops, etc)
• Enclosed shoes with good grip, suitable for water and bushwalking
• thick socks
• Thermals and raincoat
• Excitement
• Swimmers for under wetsuit
• NO COTTON! (this includes socks, shirts, pants, etc)
• 2L of water
• Lunch
• Snacks to share with meeeeeeeeee 😋 (will leave you behind if you dont)
• Medication (asthma puffer, Epipen etc)
• Headtorch + spare batteries
• Dry clothes and a towel for the drive back home (wet bums aint cool)
