Would you like your gob to get smacked? Interested in finding about more about the (objectively) best sport offered by any UNSW club and ready to be converted to the dark side after O-Week?ย

Come and join me (Leo) and Jason as we go through Gobsmacker canyon! (track notes, gpx and topo)

In this trip, you’ll spend the day swimming, hiking, scrambling, jumping and abseiling (which we’ll teach you) through one of the prettiest canyons the Blue Mountains has to offer – it’s basically a water park but with great views and ferns.ย

To sign up, in the comment section, tell us what kind of bug you think would be ideal to have crawl up your nose so we know you’ve read the post, your outdoor experience/fitness level, and a link to your Facebook profile so we can message you.

If you’re one of the chosen ones, you will also need to bring along the following gear, the things with an asterix (*) can be borrowed with a deposit from our gear cupboard on Thursdays (check Facebook group/website for timing).ย If you rock up without the gear from this list, unfortunately it may be a sad wait in the carpark for you, so please make sure you have everything.
