Heyo!
I’ll be doing a fairly relaxed walk from Bexley North to Campsie on Sunday 1st March.

All welcome, no experience necessary!
It’s about 13km through easy terrain, so expect it to take around 3 hrs (given some potential cafe breaks etc).
Rex will also be attending:
Plan:
Meet at Bexley North Station at 10:00am for a 10:15am start.
What to bring:
- Water! – There are cafes around and probably places to refill, but you should bring at least 1L of water.
- Sunscreen! – Australian sun is brutal. Even if overcast you can easily get badly burned. You will need to apply every 3 hours or so.
- Hat – Should be wide brimmed or a bucket hat to protect your ears and neck.
- Food – Bring some snacks as appropriate.
- Clothes – Be logical. Wear comfortable shoes like joggers or hiking shoes. Bring light clothes because you’ll get hot hiking, BUT also bring a jumper or raincoat if the weather looks like it might turn bad.
- Opal Card – How did you get here otherwise?!
- Money? – If something at the cafes look nice.
- A furry friend? – none of this is on National Park land, so animals are allowed on-leash. You’re welcome to bring your friend provided they stay on leash and are ok socializing 🙂
