DESCRIPTION:Hey folks\,\n\nEmily (She/Her) and I will be leading a beginner
  friendly sport climbing trip this Sunday\, the 8th of October. We'll be h
 eading to Shipley Upper\, a popular and scenic crag in the Blue Mountains.
  It's a great place for all skill and experience levels as there are a hug
 e variety of grades and styles. We will be setting up top ropes for most t
 he climbs so no experience is required\, only enthusiasm to touch rocks!\n
 \nThis trip is specifically for women and gender queer club members to get
  psyched about climbing and the outdoors in a safe\, supportive and inclus
 ive environment. It's been amazing to see the female and non-binary prese
 nce within the club stay and grow\, as we all become more accepting and su
 pportive of one another. The occasional trip we run like this is mainly to
  continue to develop this presence and make more people feel comfortable a
 nd supported within the outdoor adventure community.\n\nIf you're interest
 ed in joining this trip\, please sign up below and in the comment box tell
  us the name of a woman or non-binary person that inspires you\, if you ha
 ve a car and where you'll be driving from. Get in quick as we only have 8
  spots available!\n\n\n\nWhat happens next?\n\nThe trip leaders will revie
 w all trip sign ups and you'll receive an automated email if you get accep
 ted or rejected for the trip. If you've been accepted\, check Messenger as
  the trip leaders will make a group chat with all the participants. Make s
 ure you link your Facebook profile in your account and to check your messa
 ge requests so that you can be contacted.\n\nIn terms of transport\, we wi
 ll organise carpooling in the group chat. This will be an all day adventur
 e\, so that means we will depart early in the morning\, and will return ba
 ck to Sydney in the evening.\n\nNote: The trip will run depending on weath
 er forecasts and may be postponed to a later date.\n\nWhat do I need to br
 ing?\n\nYou'll need to bring the following:\n\n 	Harness*\n 	Rock climbing
  helmet*\n 	Climbing shoes*\n 	Belay device and locking carabiner*\n 	Chal
 k bag (not essential\, but nice to have)\n 	2L of water (minimum!)\n 	Food
  and snacks for the day\n 	Sunscreen\, hat\n 	Personal medication (e.g. ep
 ipen\, asthma puffer)\n 	Comfortable clothes to climb in\, and enclosed sh
 oes for the 15 minute approach to the crag\n 	Jacket\, raincoat if needed\
 n 	Headtorch if you have one\n\n* Can be borrowed from the UNSWOC Gear Cup
