DESCRIPTION:\n\nAmelia V\, Peta\, Phoebe and I (Gabi) are running a Womxn s
 port climbing trip in Mt Kuring-gai National Park on Saturday 25th October
 . This trip is for women and gender queer club members\, so if that's you 
 keep reading!\n\nWe'll be climbing at Lost &amp\; Found Wall which has a g
 ood variety of grades and great views of the river.\n\nThis is a bit of a 
 choose your own adventure trip\, we're keen to have you if you're looking 
 to upskill your climbing or just want hang out for a social climb with oth
 er gals and pals in the club. Let us know your climbing experience and if 
 there's anything in particular you'd like to upskill in the comment.\n\nWh
 at you'll need to bring:\n\n 	Climbing helmet*\n 	Climbing harness*\n 	Cli
 mbing Shoes*\n 	Belay device + locking carabiner *\n 	Safety sling*\n 	Any
  sport climbing gear you own\n 	At least 2L water\n 	Lunch &amp\; snacks\n
  	Medications if you need them (asthma puffer etc.)\n 	Headtorch\n 	Hat &a
 mp\; sunscreen\n 	Wind breaker or jumper\n 	Backpack to carry your gear\n\
 nItems with an asterisk (*) can be borrowed from the gear cupboard.\n\nPle
