DESCRIPTION:Cindy &amp\; I (Phoebe) are running a beginner-friendly caving 
 trip to B4-5 in Bungonia on Saturday 26th September\, this trip is open fo
 r women and gender-queer club members\, so if that's you keep reading!\n\n
 This trip is all about breaking down some of the barriers to getting invol
 ved in caving and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for women 
 &amp\; gender-queer club members.\n\nIf you've never caved before or just 
 enjoy a great time underground\, this is the perfect trip to embrace the w
 orm life with zero judgement or pressure and squeeze through as many or as
  few passages as you like. Fun fact: troglobites are animals that live the
 ir entire lives in cave systems and have evolved and adapted to thrive in 
 these environments (no eyes\, no colour\, long legs etc)\, in your comment

 al (but great fun) little squeeze in B4-5!\n\nB4-5 is a very beginner-frie
 ndly cave but you'll still need to bring a few things...\nWhat YOU need:\n
 \n 	Helmet*\n 	Primary headlight and spare batteries\n 	Spare light source
  + spare batteries (a malfunction of primary light would be quite inconven
 ient)\n 	Shoes you're not afraid to get muddy / dirty\n 	Small bottle of w
 ater\n 	Personal medications (epipen\, inhaler etc)\n 	Snacks / small lunc
 h\n 	Old shirt / pants / overalls you can wear inside the cave\n 	Small ba
 ckpack to carry your things\n 	Gloves (eg gardening gloves)\n 	Rubbish bag
  for dirty clothes / shoes\n\nItems marked with a * can be borrowed from t
