 nyon! Starlight on Saturday\, then Nightmare on Sunday. Beginners welcome 
 as long as you've got a good level of fitness :)\n\nFor transport we'll cr
 eate a facebook conversation. For camping Friday and Saturday nights you'l
 l need tent space\, sleeping matt and a sleep bag - it'll be cold!\n\nFor 
 the canyon you'll need the following gear\, if you don't have it then you'
 ll need to beg\, buy or borrow from the club:\n\n- Harness and helmet\n\n-
  Carabiner and descent device (e.g. ATC or figure 8)\n\n- Backpack\n\n- Th
 ermals and beanie\n\n- Rain jacket\n\n- Non-cotton clothes\n\n- water bott
