DESCRIPTION:Wilderness Area First Aid Course\n\n \;\n\nWhen Wilderness First Aid Australia (Wilderness First Aid Aust. an RTO)  will be teaching the course Monday 6th - Thursday 9th   February 2023 for UNSWOC members . A night scenario will take place during the course.It will be an intense 4 days but rewarding and equip you with a nationally recognized qualifica tion for your back country adventures.\n\nWhere: Outdoor Education Facilit y in Kangaroo Valley (2hrs south of Sydney)\n\nWhat kind of accommodation? : Private house/dormitory style shared kitchen\, BBQ facilities and toilet s. If you wish to take a room and bed over camping please email Brendan.\n \nWhat to bring: Outdoors clothes\, a set of clothes to get dirty (i.e fak e blood)\, camping equipment all meals and food to be self catered.\n\nTra nsport: Bus leaving from UNSW\, else to be car-pooled by private vehicle.\ n\nCost: For trip leaders (and future trip leaders) this will be subsidize d (TL will pay a maximum deposit of of $250 for Accommodation (camping) &a mp\; Training Hire assuming you lead 5 trips in the coming year. This may be reduced depending on funding).
