DESCRIPTION:Hi all\,\n\nEwa and I will be running an intermediate canyon \,
 Whungee Wheengee (http://ozultimate.com/canyoning/track_notes/whungee_whee
 ngee.htm) on Saturday for Boree Log. This is a great canyon with some swim
 s\, abseiling\,scrambling\, squeezes and lots of dark sections! 🙂\n\nTh
 is canyon is suitable for someone who has experience in abseiling\, has ge
 neral fitness and has done a few canyons before. It will be a long (~8-9 h
 ours) day but definitely worth it! If you would like to join this trip\, p

 Headtorch\n 	Shorts to go on top of the wetsuit (these protect the wetsuit
  from being damaged)\n 	Sunscreen\n 	Harness*\n 	Belay device +locking bin
 er*\n 	Safety sling*\n 	Water (at least 2-3L)\n 	Snacks (for trip leaders)
 \n 	Lunch\n 	Closed shoes (that can get wet)\n 	Wool socks (especially if 
 you get cold)\n 	Thermals to wear under your wetsuit if you get cold (this
  is a cold canyon!)\n 	Dry bag (to keep your things dry)\n\n*Can be hired 
 on the day from the club for free. Best to try and bring your own if you h
