DESCRIPTION:Hi team!\n\nBrendan and I will be running a second group down t
 he incredible Whungee Wheengee canyon on Boree Log Saturday. It's a brill
 iant mixed bag of abseiling\, swims\, some tricky little climb downs and a

 ecent walks either side of the canyon - so general fitness is a big help. 
 Note that this is an intermediate trip\, so YOU MUST HAVE DONE A FEW ABSE
 ILING CANYONS BEFOREHAND.\n\nWhen you sign up\, please leave a comment bel

 adlamp\n 	Shorts to go on top of the wetsuit (these protect the wetsuit fr
 om being damaged)\n 	Sunscreen\n 	Harness*\n 	Belay device +locking biner*
 \n 	Safety sling + locking biner*\n 	Water (at least 2-3L)\n 	Snacks (for 
 trip leaders 😉)\n 	Lunch\n 	Closed shoes (that can get wet)\n 	Wool soc
 ks (especially if you get cold)\n 	Thermals to wear under your wetsuit (th
 is is a cold canyon!)\n 	Dry bag (to keep your things dry)\n\n*Can be hire
 d on the day from the club for free. Best to try and bring your own if you
