SUMMARY:Whitewater on the Barrington
DESCRIPTION:Hi there!\n\nDepending on water levels\, Aidan will be running 
 a beginner friendly whitewater kayaking trip up to the Barrington river to
  give a few lucky people a taste of whitewater and an opportunity to progr
 ess from the pool sessions. The Barrington has some lovely class I\, II an
 d III sections providing a bit of fun for everyone. It is the perfect oppo
 rtunity to start to learn how to ferry glide\, eddy in and out and learn t
 o use those edges! Our USYD counterparts (SUCC) will also be running a beg
 inner friendly trip up there that weekend\, so it will be a good opportuni
 ty to meet a bunch of other whitewater kayakers too!\n\nBecause whitewater
  can be dangerous\, more supervision is required than for other trips\, as
  a result Aidan will only be able to take 3 people. You will only be accep
 ted if you have been to a pool session. Please let us know if you have a c
 ar with roof racks or are happy to use soft racks on your car. Please comm
 ent how many pool sessions that you have been to\, the state of your roll\
 , and any flatwater or whitewater experience you may have.\n\nWe will be c
 amping at the Barrington\, so you will need to either be self sufficient w
 ith camping stuff or rent out gear from the gear cupboard before the trip.
