DESCRIPTION:Ahoy there!\n\nAidan and I will be running a Penrith session to
  practice/learn some added skills for the upcoming Snowy river extreme rac
 e. This is the perfect event if you can roll and want to test out some whi
 tewater\, or if you are a regular boater.\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n 	wet cloth
 es (it might be chilly so something warm)\n 	dry clothes\n 	water\n 	lunch
 /snacks\n 	sunscreen\n 	towel\n 	shoes that can get wet/dry shoes\n\nIt wi
 ll be assumed that you are borrowing club paddling gear. If you have your 
 own please let us know so there is more space in the car!\n\nThe water is 
 running from 9am-1:30pm\, so we will aim to get to Penrith at 8:45am. PM m
