DESCRIPTION:Ahoy there!\n\nNick and Bennett will be running a Penrith sessi
 on to practice some added skills for the upcoming Snowy river extreme race
 . This is the perfect event for those with some whitewater kayaking experi
 ence to practice skills. It is expected that you are relatively self suffi
 cient as there will be no instruction at this session.\n\nWhat to bring:\n
 \n 	wet clothes (it might be chilly so something warm)\n 	dry clothes\n 	w
 ater\n 	lunch/snacks\n 	sunscreen\n 	towel\n 	shoes that can get wet/dry s
 hoes\n\nPaddling gear will be organised by Nick Fabian\, contact him for f
 urther details.\n\nThe water is running from 9:30am-12:30pm\, so we will a
 im to get to Penrith at 9:00am. PM Nick Fabian for more details regarding
