DESCRIPTION:Hey guys!\n\nThis is the introductory caving trip\n\nWhen and w
 here:\n3rd and 4th March.\nDrive up Friday evening\, camp at the Bungonia 
 campgrounds\, then start in the morning. Plan is to do B4-5\, have lunch\,
  then Blowfly cave for an introduction to rope work underground. Drive bac
 k to Sydney Saturday night.\n\nWhat's happening:\nB4-5 is a super fun begi
 nner cave. There's heaps of scrambling\, crawling\, squeezing\, sliding th
 rough passages and caverns. There is a short (3m)\, quite easy free climb 
 at the end of the cave\, so being generally comfortable climbing is necess
 ary.\nBlowfly starts with about a 30m abseil\, which means jumarring on th
 e way out.\n\nExperience:\nWhile it is not necessary to have jumarred befo
 re\, some general knowledge rope work is required. This could mean you've 
 lead climbed before\, have been canyoning/abseiling or something like that
 .\nPlease Facebook message me with your relevant outdoors experience!\n\nW
 hat to bring:\nWe will provide ropes/jumars/cave suits etc\nYou will need 
 to provide or borrow from the club the following:\n* Harness\n* Abseiling 
 device (ATC or figure-8) and carabiner\n* Safety sling and biner\n* Helmet
 \n* Head torch\n* Back up torch (this can be tiny\, but it is important)\n
 * Clothing that may get a bit dirty to wear under your cave suit\n* Closed
  shoes that can get super muddy\n* Tent\n* Sleeping bag\n* Sleeping mat\n*
  Dinner/breakfast/lunch/snacks and stove if you need it\n* Water bottle\n*
  General clothes/toiletries eye etc\n\nSpots available:\n4 places availabl
