DESCRIPTION:Hey\,\n\nAidan and I are leading Twister and Rocky creek canyon
 s on Sunday. You're welcome to come. (I know it's super late notice but I 
 was busy.) It involves rock jumps\, swims and some rock slides (but no abs
 eils).\n\nYou will need:\n\n	a wetsuit\n	a drybag (I between 2 is fine)\n	
 a backpack\n	lunch and 3L of water\n	a helmet\n	enclosed shoes you don't m
 ind getting dirty (e.g. old runners)\n	board shorts or other disposable sh
 orts to protect the bottom of your wetsuit\n	woollen socks\, or synthetic 
 (not cotton)\n\nAlso you'll need to be able to swim.\n\nIt's a three hour 
 drive from Sydney so we'll be waking up somewhat early and meeting at uni\
