DESCRIPTION:Hey\,\n\nNadav and I are running a beginners canyoning trip on 
 Saturday the 10th of March. We're doing Twister and Rocky Creek. Twister i
 s really fun with lots of fun jumps and slides. Rocky Creek is very pretty
  for those make-your-friends-jealous instragram photos.\n\nWe'll be doing 
 it on a Saturday. It will take the whole day. I'll probably drive up the F
 riday evening before and camp overnight\, if you'd like to join me you'll 
 need to bring a sleeping bag and a tent\, which you can borrow from the cl
 ub. Otherwise you can drive yourself or get a lift off Nadav\n\nYou will n
 eed to bring:\n\n 	Lunch\n 	Water (I recommend at least 2L)\n 	A drybag (t
 hese cost about $12\, from Kathmandu/ Anaconda/ Macpac / the internet)\, I
 'd recommend 15L - 20L if your interested in getting into canyoning\, but 
 any size is fine. It's just to keep your clothes and lunch dry\, and maybe
  camera\n 	A backpack\, around 25L in capacity\n 	A wetsuit (you can borro
 w one from the club at Sam Cracknell Pavillion on a Wednesday even\, the d
 etails of which will be posted on the Facebook group)\n 	A helmet (the clu
 b has these\, but a bicycle helmet works fine anyway)\n 	Well gripping enc
 losed shoes (I'm looking at you people thinking about wearing thongs)\, e.
 g. old running shoes or sneakers. Note: these will get extremely dirty and
  damaged\n 	Wool or synthetic socks (your feet will get cold in cotton soc
 ks)\n 	Thermals\, wool or synthetic to wear under your wetsuit\, if you're
