DESCRIPTION:Lets go Canyoning! Yes\, this is yet another group doing twiste
 r rocky... We are going to do this a little differently\, we will separate
  into 2 groups\, one will be doing both canyons - twister and rocky creek-
  and the other\, for those time pressured to get back to Sydney (I wouldn'
 t know why) will just do twister. Get keen\, both are awesome beginner can
 yons\, just beware of the cold...\n\nGear you will need !\n\n	Wetsuit*\n	S
 horts to wear over your wetsuit to protect it (they will be getting wet an
 d scratched)\n	Helmet*\n	Woolen socks (do not wear cotton or your feet wil
 l be VERY VERY cold)\n	Enclosed shoes (these are going to get wet and mudd
 y. You can buy cheap ones from k-mart or big w)\n	Thermals and/or a WOOL j
 umper\n	Raincoat\n	at least 2L of water\n	Lunch\n	Sugary food to avoid hyp
 othermia\n	space blanket (if you have one)\n	Snacks (for your leaders!)\n	
 Backpack (That you dont mind getting wet and can fit all your things)\n	Dr
 y bag (these are waterproof bags that go in the backpack to keep your thin
 gs dry. You can get them at mountain designs for about $20. We also get 20
 % discount there - otherwise there might be enough to share).\n	Torch (som
 e kind of lighting device should be brought in the dry bag in the case we 
 run out of sunlight!)\n	Dry thermals (top and bottom if you are the type t
 hat gets easily cold)\n	Dry clothes\, shoes and towel (we will leave these
  in the car to get changed into on the way back)\n	Petrol money for your d
 river.\n\n*You can hire these items for free on the day. But please bring 
 your own if you have it. There may be a limited supply! Especially with we
