DESCRIPTION:Hey Keen Beans!\n\nIf you are a keen bean trip leader (TL)\, tr
 ip leader in training (TLIT)\, or a self sufficient participant looking to
  learn more skills you should come along to our training weekend. It will 
 be on the 19th and 20th of September. We will be camping somewhere in the 
 blue mountains TBD\, likely in the Megalong Valley.\n\nYou will not get ac
 cepted onto this trip unless you are a TL/TLIT or are interested in becomi
 ng one (To become a TLIT please message me). So we know you have read this
  description\, please tell us in your comment your best guess for when Mou
 nt Wilson Road will reopen.\n\nWe will be running a variety of workshops p
 ending the availability of teachers but the plan is as follows:\nWorkshops
 :\nSaturday:\n\n 	Basic rope mobility (Prussiking\, basic self rescue\, ab
 seiling skills\, etc)\n 	Basic climbing skills (Refreshing lead skills\, c
 leaning\, bolted anchors\, etc)\n 	Basic canyoning skills (Releasables\, b
 elays\, etc)\n 	Advanced rope mobility (hauling\, anchor building\, advanc
 ed self rescue\, etc)\n\nSunday:\n\n 	Basic rope mobility (Prussiking\, ba
 sic self rescue\, abseiling skills\, etc)\n 	Multipitch climbing\n 	Canyon
 ing\n 	Advanced rope mobility (hauling\, anchor building\, advanced self r
 escue\, etc)\n\nAll workshops listed as basic will be teaching from fundam
 entals\, other workshops will assume a level of prior understanding.\n\nTh
 is weekend may be used as an opportunity to promote TLITs to level 1 trip 
 leaders but it will not be used to promote anyone to level 2 unless you al
 ready meet the non skill based criteria.\n\nPlease have a read through our
