  about becoming a trip leader\, this Trip Leader Induction night is the pe
 rfect opportunity to learn about the club's processes and training to get 
 new members develop their skills and start leading trips. All new trip lea
 ders lead a few trips assisting a more experienced trip leader\, before he
 ading into the big wide world by yourselves. This session will cover the b
 asics of opening a trip\, insurance\, training and other items.\n\nWhen? M
