  suitable for members who have been in the TLIT course\, or who have a gra
 sp of  intermediate skills such as prussiking\, anchor building\, descend
 ing and hauling (What was covered in the Trip Leader in Training Series la
 st Term).\n\nIt is open to all current members to attend.(Please sign up v
 ia website for insurance coverage)\n\nNote\, it is an advanced day\, there
  will be more opportunities for learning beginner skills throughout term 1
  and 2.\n\nThe idea is to have small groups of 4-5 work through a scenario
 . So everyone is learning at the same time.\n\nPlease let me know if you a
 re an experienced trip leader and would like to help out\, we need at leas
 t 3 trip leaders to help run the day smoothly.\n\nIf you have a spot/ need
  to carpool\, please comment below in signups.\n\n&nbsp\;\nWhat to Bring?\
 nMandatory Gear\n(What you need to bring - either personal or you collect 
 from gear cupboard)\n\n 	Helmet (climbing)\n 	Harness\n 	Head-torch (Sessi
 on may extend into evening depending on how group is feeling)\n 	Personal 
 Safety Sling with krab.\n 	Prussik loops/ascending gear suitable for ascen
 ding\n 	Descender and ATC/gri gri (Figure 8\, canyoning device or ATC (bri
 ng both if you have))\n 	Sun protection\, (Glasses\, Hat\, Suitable clothi
 ng\, sunscreen)\n 	Clothing &amp\; footwear: (Suitable warm and wet weathe
 r gear to be outside for whole day)\n 	Food and water for whole day (Lunch
 \, Snacks\, hydration - perhaps even dinner)\n\nPlease bring if you have:\
 n\n 	A rope bag or canyoning bag.\n 	Gloves\, glasses (very helpful for\n 
 	Ascending devices (Canyoning specific\, Grigri belay device etc)\n 	Progr

 siks/autoblock prussiks Canyon's and Crags: VT is a great and useful tool\
 n 	Karabiners/cordalette/tape\n 	The gear you usually have when climbing/c
 anyoning (Karabiners)\n 	Whistle\n\n&nbsp\;\nPre-reading:\nThis session wi
 ll focus on implementing techniques/ skills you are already familiar with.

 a great and useful tool\n 	 Rope mobility (Ascending up a rope\, locking
