SUMMARY:TL and TLIT Intensive Training Weekend
DESCRIPTION:Hi all\,\n\nOn the long weekend of 8/9th June\, UNSWOC is plann
 ing to do an intensive 2 day TL and TLIT training and refresher course.\n\
 nThis weekend will aim to upskill our TL's and TLIT's on skills required t
 o lead trips\, including skills from basic rockcraft to vertical rescue.\n

 afternoon workshop going\, teaching skills such as navigation and rope the
 ory.\n\nParticipants will be assigned a group based on their response to t
 he Trip Leader Progression Form\, and will stay with their group the entir
 e weekend.\n\nAn outline of the skills in each level can be found here UNS
 WOC Trip Leader Skillsets V2.\n\nThe format of each two day workshop is up
  to the discretion of the TLs running the workshops\, and could include cl
 ifftop workshops\, at location scenarios\, or workshops at the campsite.\n
 \nNumber of participants depends on the number of TL's available to help r
 un the workshops.\n\nAll workshops will be run around the upper Blue Mtns 
 and we will be camping at Cathedral Reserve on the Saturday night.\n\n[cap
